The new term has started, and students at Lister Community School have been hard at work again. With the deadline for completing their research and presentations, students spent the day on Wednesday visiting a host of local groups and centres. Starting the day at the Katherine Road community centre, where they met with staff and tutors of some adult education classes, they moved on to the Green Street Library, which is alive with the buzz of activity. Their final stop for the day was the West Ham Inspire Zone, which runs a variety of campaigns and training for young people and groups from the heart of the Boleyn Grounds. Glorious weather accompanied us for the informative and varied interviews, with each of the groups conducting several interviews each.
